Sharing our personal educational expertise

Lucinda Holmes and Alison Bennett-Jones founded OEP in 2013. They both bring different professional backgrounds, experience and personalities to the business.

Cindy has a background in business. She was Managing Director of an international advertising and marketing group. She holds several non-executive directorships and has been a trustee of two charities. Her interest in education began with the arrival of her four children. She is a governor of a renowned prep school and governor and Chairman of a public (independent boarding) school.

Ali was a barrister specialising in international commercial law. She has been a trustee of two charities. She has three children all at different stages of their education.

Our Chairman is Nigel Hamway.  Nigel is a science graduate who qualified as an accountant before following a career in banking. Nigel holds several directorships, is a Fellow of Harris Manchester, Oxford and is a trustee of seven different charities.

We also have an Advisory Board made up of experts in various educational fields.
